We want your child to love their Revvi. If something is not right, this page explains how swaps, returns and refunds work.

Wrong size? Swap it within 30 days

Sizes can be tricky. If your Revvi turns out to be the wrong size, you have 30 days to swap it for a different size. [Add conditions, e.g. the bike is unused or lightly used, in good condition and with all its parts.] Our Size & Fit guide can help you choose the right one the second time.

Changed your mind?

If you bought online, you can cancel and return your order within [14 days of receiving it] for a refund. [Add the conditions and who pays the return carriage.] This does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty or damaged?

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it, in line with your legal rights and the manufacturer’s warranty. [Add warranty details, e.g. 12 months, workshop on site.]

How to return something

1. Get in touch. Call us or send us a message with your order number and what you would like to do: swap, return or report a fault.
2. We confirm. We will tell you what to do next and [add the returns address or arrange a collection].
3. Pack it up. Please use the original box and packaging where you can, and include [the charger and all accessories].
4. We check it. Once it reaches us we check it over and let you know the outcome.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We aim to process them within [add number] working days of receiving the bike back. [Add how long the bank or card company usually takes.]

Bought with Click & Collect?

You can bring a swap or return straight to our showroom in Poole, Dorset. Bring your order confirmation and [photo ID]. [Add showroom address and opening hours.]
