Ordering & payment

Placing your order

Choose your products, add them to your basket and follow the checkout instructions. You can review your order and correct any details before submitting it.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over.
  • You are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
  • Your contact, billing and delivery details are accurate.

Our checkout process and contracts are in English.

Order confirmation

After checkout, we will email you to acknowledge your order. This confirms that we have received it; it does not mean that your order has been accepted.

We accept your order when we email you to confirm dispatch or that your order is ready for collection. Your contract with us begins at that point.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a pricing or description error, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices & payment methods

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and any optional extras will be shown before you pay.

Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you. You can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorised before your order is released for dispatch or collection.

Any third-party payment or instalment option is subject to the provider’s eligibility checks and separate terms. Your statutory rights relating to the goods remain unaffected.

Choosing your product

Please read the product description carefully before ordering, including the:

  • Model, colour and dimensions.
  • Rider guidance and suitability.
  • Included components and accessories.
  • Assembly and pre-use requirements.

Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and accessories are included only where stated in the description.

Age recommendations are a guide. A child’s height, ability and experience should also be considered when choosing a bike.

Need help choosing? Contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.

We will not substitute a different product or make a material change to an accepted order without your agreement.

Delivery & collection

Delivery

Delivery availability, applicable charges and estimated timescales are shown on our website or at checkout.

Unless we agree another timescale with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

If your order is delayed, please contact us. We remain responsible for delivery by a courier we arrange. Your legal rights to cancel because of late or failed delivery are unaffected.

Boxed bikes & assembly

Bikes are supplied boxed for delivery or collection, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Some assembly, adjustment and pre-use checks may be required. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions before use.

Collecting your order

Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready, then contact us to arrange a collection appointment.

Receiving your goods

Goods become your responsibility when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please tell us promptly. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate.

A delay in reporting a problem does not remove your statutory rights.

Cancellations & returns

Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason from the time you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

This also applies to purchases completed online and collected from us.

To cancel, email or write to us using the contact details above. Clearly state that you wish to cancel and identify your order.

You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

Returning your order

You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return costs. Any required estimate for goods that cannot normally be returned by post will be provided before purchase.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return all supplied components and instructions. Use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging.

Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights.

Receiving your refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a refund fee.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for further details and any additional return rights we offer.

Faults & warranty

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description.

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights.

Please contact us for return instructions, particularly for batteries or damaged electrical products.

These rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights and any manufacturer’s warranty.

Manufacturer’s warranty

Where a manufacturer’s warranty is supplied, its duration, coverage and conditions will be stated in the product information or accompanying documents.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, inappropriate charging, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow maintenance instructions may fall outside the manufacturer’s warranty.

A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to your statutory rights. Please contact us about any problem with a product purchased from us, whether or not it remains under warranty.

Riding safely & caring for your bike

Please read and follow all manufacturer instructions before assembling, charging or using your product.

Rider safety

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult and wear a suitable helmet and appropriate protective equipment.

Always observe the manufacturer’s rider limits, recommended conditions of use and maintenance requirements.

Revvi electric balance bikes are intended for off-road use on private land with the landowner’s permission. They must not be used on public roads, pavements or other places where their use is prohibited.

Assembly & battery care

Use only manufacturer-approved batteries and chargers. Follow the supplied charging and storage instructions, and never use or charge a damaged battery.

If you are unsure about assembly or safe operation, seek competent assistance before use.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Defective products where the law imposes liability.
  • Anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Website content & privacy

Website text, photographs, logos and other materials belong to us or are used with the permission of their owners. They must not be reproduced commercially without the relevant owner’s permission.

We use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our Cookie Policy for information about cookies used on this website.

Questions & complaints

If you have a question or complaint, please contact us:

Email: info@scpsltd.co.uk
Telephone: 01722 466624

For order enquiries, please include your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate complaints and seek to resolve them fairly. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, we will provide information about any applicable alternative dispute resolution arrangements and whether we are required or willing to participate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.

You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that country.
