Warranty & Support

Here to help, beyond the purchase

Need help with your Revvi bike? Whether you have a question about getting started or something isn’t working as it should, contact South Coast Power Sports and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Your Revvi warranty

Revvi bikes come with a six-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under Revvi’s warranty terms.

Your manufacturer’s warranty is additional to your statutory rights. You can contact South Coast Power Sports about a faulty product purchased from us, whether or not the manufacturer’s warranty is still running.

Report a problem

If you notice a fault, stop using the bike and contact us as soon as possible. Please provide:

  • Your name and order number, or other proof of purchase.
  • The bike model and frame or chassis number.
  • A description of the problem and when it started.
  • Clear photographs of the bike and affected area.
  • A short video showing the issue, where safe to record.
  • Details of any checks, adjustments or repairs already carried out.

Please let us know about any accidental damage or modifications, as this will help us assess the problem accurately.

What happens next?

1. We review the issue

We’ll look at the information you provide and may ask for further details or suggest checks that can be completed safely.

2. We confirm the next steps

Where necessary, we’ll liaise with Revvi or arrange an inspection. Please contact us before sending a bike, battery or component back so we can provide suitable instructions.

3. We help resolve the problem

The appropriate solution will depend on the fault, the applicable warranty and your consumer rights. This may include a replacement component, repair, replacement product or refund.

Where a repair or replacement is required under your statutory rights, we will cover the necessary costs, including labour, materials and postage.

What isn’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?

Revvi’s limited warranty excludes normal wear and tear, including wear to items such as tyres, inner tubes, bearings, chains, sprockets and cables.

It also excludes damage or failure caused by incorrect assembly, maintenance, storage or use.

These exclusions concern the cause of the problem. They do not remove your statutory rights if a component was faulty when supplied.

Assembly & ongoing care

Bikes supplied in a box may require assembly and adjustment before use. Follow the instructions supplied with your model and seek help if you are unsure about any part of the setup.

Before riding, check that the bike is correctly assembled, its fixings are secure and its brakes and controls work properly. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance, charging and storage guidance throughout ownership.

Do not use the bike if anything appears damaged, loose or unsafe.

Battery & charging support

If your bike will not charge or power on, tell us what happens when you connect the charger and switch on the bike. Photographs of the battery, charger and indicator lights can help us identify the next steps.

Do not open or attempt to repair the battery or charger. If either appears damaged, swollen or unusually hot, stop using and charging it and contact us for guidance.

Please speak to us before returning a battery, as special transport arrangements may be needed.

Repairs & replacement parts

Contact us before arranging third-party repairs relating to a warranty claim. This gives us an opportunity to assess the original fault and agree any work or costs in advance.

If the problem falls outside warranty cover and your statutory rights, we can discuss the available options. Any chargeable work will be agreed with you before it proceeds.

Your consumer rights

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your purchase does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory rights.
